Welcome to Marriage Wall (the “Platform”), a digital marriage-notice board for people with serious marriage intentions — not a casual dating app. By registering or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. Parents posting on behalf of a child are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account's security and all activity under it, and agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete information. Impersonation and fake marriage listings are prohibited.
3. Conduct
Harassment, fraud, sexual or illegal content, solicitation of money, and investment or gambling schemes are forbidden. Do not request or share contact details prematurely. Violating accounts may be limited or banned.
4. Accuracy & verification
Verification badges are based on a manual review of user-submitted materials and are indicative only; they are not a guarantee of absolute truth. Please verify the other party independently and with care.
5. Messages, reporting & blocking
You may report suspicious or abnormal behaviour and block any user at any time; a blocked user can no longer message you. Messages containing contact info or sensitive words are flagged and reviewed.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform's interface, marks and original content belong to the Platform. Content you post is licensed to the Platform for display and distribution as needed to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform only provides publishing and communication tools. It does not participate in, and does not guarantee, any offline interaction or marriage outcome. Risks arising between users are borne by the users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
9. Changes & contact
